Returns
The Terms of Use take precedence over this policy.
To return any goods then please contact support@finchesfriend.com within 14 days of delivery to arrange the return.
Finches Friend will provide an address that the goods must be dispatched to upon contract for a return.
Returns
You have 14 days to return the goods to Finches Friend, the goods must be in a resalable condition.
You are responsible for arranging a carrier, for the goods in transit and for the costs associated with the return.
Refunds will only be issued after the goods have been returned.
The original cost of delivery is non-refundable, unless there was a problem with the original delivery.
Faulty Goods
Where goods are faulty, Finches Friend will pay for the return costs.
A customer must package all goods up and allow reasonable access for a courier to be able to collect the goods.
Should the goods once returned be investigated and found not to be faulty then the customer will pay for the return delivery costs.
Customised Goods
We are not able to issue refunds for any goods that were customised unless they can be shown to be faulty prior to customisation.
